Trackon Couriers — Haven't received my consignment

Address:My Residence is at Bandra West

Hello ... My AWB :[protected] in name of Suchit Deepak Sawant, have still not received my Pancard sent throught NSDLeGov. I received a message from pancard department on 09th of Aug about the shipment and today its 26th and i'm yet to recieve it.
I did called Trackon Mumbai helpline number and as per then they have received the parcel on 10th but not yet delievered to me.
Please treat this as a URGENT request to deliver it to me.
