My client booked an envelope from delhi on friday 28th sep 2018. With a promise of delivery on monday. Did not get delivery on monday but got it on thursday around 3pm that too with vigorous followup.
Hopeless services. The delivery boy went to other address and put it in somebody unknown persons post box.
On vigorous followup every hours aybe worked for me.
Office staff kept promising that they'll check and revert but they never called.
Even their website complaint button seems to be deactivated. No email address available.
Even their tracking system is still not updated.
