Trackon Couriers — I am complaining about my courier | |||
Hi, I am amit bhutta. I got my courier on 18 january 2019 at jamnagar, gujarat. It was delievered from chandigarh on 11 january 2019. My complaint is that in this parcel i got my earphones missing. As when it was delivered from the source i. E. Chandigarh, earphones was packed in the parcel but when i recieved my parcel and i open it in jamnagar, the earphones are missing in the courier. As a prima facia of the case it is totally cleared that it is totally the fault of the carrier agency. I. E. Trackon company. The pod no. Of the parcel is [protected]. So i want an immediate reply and suitable actions to my complaint. Its really embarrassing for me to recieve this parcel empty. Immediate action is required at your end. Pathetic services and even more pathetic customer care service!
I was expecting around 1.9 kg in my parcel and it's just 900 grams.
My items are missing and no one is taking the responsibility to even look into the matter.
Nonsense service and useless people.
