I have booked my parcel through tracking nd it's my frst experience which is very bad... So pathetic service u guys seving.. Am very upset about my parcel
Now i need my parcel at any cost..
No customer care we're responding in patna. And not a proper tracking details they we're giving..
If this is the service u r giving thn i'll request to the authority to cancel their licence permanently...

When I called this no [protected] some lady was not pick my phone, after one hour when she picked my phone she talked me very rude and badly, please take action, thank you

It's disgusting that I have not received my courier n when I try to track it they're saying that there is no consignment by this no. Be ready for a case
