Hello, i sent critical documents to karvy computershare, hyderabad - 32 on 24 july 2018 through trackon from pune awb number [protected] which is shown as delivered on 26 july 2018 with receiver company stamp as per the update from trackon. When asked for pod, i was mailed pod with the stamp on some different awb number and not mine. I have been calling their customer care number since 10 days on this. Their is no update or deadline given to solve this. Everytime i call, i have to explain the same thing to a new customer care executive since they do not know any such complaint i made on call and they simply say it has been delivered and your request for pod is done so complaint is closed.. They do not give written or sms confirmation or the complaint. How stupid is this when the receiver has not received it, pod given is wrong and they say it is resolved. The critical documents were sent with a deadline to reach karvy and i am left with only frustration and passed deadline to send documents. I want justice, either find my courier and deliver it or give me right pod or return my 85 rupees charged for sending 10 gram weight of documents. Was this information helpful? |
