Trackon Couriers — incomplete parcel received

Finally i was able to conact with the service, then they told me to collect packet from domlur trackon office, i went there and collect it but i didn't this could be happen, i didn't check my packet there, only collect and bring it to my room, then i opened and i saw the only jeans was there in there parcel, as i know in parcel jeans and shirt should be there, but i didn't found shirt in the parcel, next day i went to office to check what data they have to verify it, they don't know about what is inside the parcel but they have data that parcel weight should be 950gm and they checked the jeans weight was only 700gm, means 250 gm was missing, it clearly shirt got missed with thier service and they were not taking complaint and they were saying it is your mistake you didn't mention the item in the packet. Today i realize how much courier service could be bad, its really disgusting, i will preferably suggest everyone please use only reliable service.
