Isent an important document through ur services which bears consignment no [protected] on 11 12 2017 from Faridabad to Chief Treasury officer Lucknow.I have been tracking the same but its whereabouts after 13 12 2017 are not known.I want to know whether the consignment has been delivered or not, and if not, why so much of delay

[email protected]'s response Awb no [protected] dispatch from Ludhiana hub on 21-12-17 but on web site appear as delivered bit still not getting. Rajkot office pickup the phone but answer it.

Every time trackon service failed to deliver anything on time. This is 3rd-time trackon service failed to deliver my parcel which I booked for Pune. They do not even know where the parcel is exactly. My parcel is lying at Pune from last 3 days not yet received. Worst courier service.
