Trackon Couriers — it shows delivered with signature but it's not even in the right location.

Address: Maruti air couriers and cargo Pvt Ltd Belapur cbd, 400614

I gave them my stuff on 30/01/2019
It's 12th of october, and when i track it on it's website, it shows delivered with signature. Seriously? It's still in patna and shows delivered.. It was supposed to be delivered at munger. My stuff was really important and now it's frustrating.

By tracking docket, found its out for delivery since last 5 days.
Today i got a delivered messege but courier not received.

why this kind of fraud?
