Trackon Couriers — late delivery and damaged box | |
I had booked a courier form trackon couriers pvt. Limited on 14.06.2019 from panchkula to mumbai and it reached on 24.06.2019. Showed out for delivery from 21.06.2019 but no contact from the company, no local working contact number for the office. Very poor service as the box was badly damaged and looked like they put extra cellotapes on it just to keep from ripping apart. The complete integrity of the package was compromised. Before and after pictures are attached below. After paying more than 3000 rupees i would have expected a a much better service overall. Shamefull state of affairs. Major changes required or should be shut down, taking customers for ride. Was this information helpful? | |

Its been more than a month that my books have been dispatched and i have not received them at Hyd. Trackon courier numbers are wrong . They are not even worried about any complaints which we are giving. One of the worst courier service .
