Doc no. [protected] booked on 24 sep from ahemadabad to hyderabad by air to be delivered on urgent basis but till date it has not reached hyd. Since it is medicines i want to collect the goods from your main hub at secunderabad but unfortunately the goods has not reached there also.
It is matter of great concern and irresponsiblity.
When we book the goods by air it means it is urgent but still u dont take care of it. Why??
