Trackon Couriers — missing items and package was received broken

I order 7 stationary items from statmo.in site order no#19044 on 9 oct 2018. They shipped order through trackon couriers tracking number:[protected] and the delivery agent number [protected], i received the parcel in broken condition and 2 items out of 7 are missing, i want refund of those 2 items or who is guilty in this case i want strict action on them i requested to solve my problem as soon as possible. I already mail statmo.in site and trackon couriers but didnt get any response till yet plz kindly solved my problem
