Hello friends today i would like to share my personal experience about trackon couriers pvt ltd.

Recently i have sent a diwali decoration items to my client who is in bombay. And cost of decoration items is of rs 10, 000 have paid charges of shipping which is very high. And when i went to courier service centre then they said to me they shipped into 2 to 3 days only.

Actually they had taken 6 days for delivering my product and parcel reaches in very bad condition. Some of my decoration items were also missing which was of rs 3000 approximately and packaging was completely damaged and news papers were kept into the box to make it heavy.

I contact coustmer care but they didn’t hear me. Constantly saying that it's not our fault. This is my bad experience with trackon. I don't recommend it. After paying high amt of shipping there no guarantee that ur product vll reach safely to your clients.
