Trackon Couriers — my courier has not reached its destination since last 7 days

I have sent my courier to healthway hospital in panjim, goa on 6/3/2019 through trackon courier services at the said address... 1 week has passed and it is still not delivered... When i went to the dealer of courier services for getting tracking no. Details he gave it after 1 day... When i tried to track my consignment on trackon's website, it is coming "no such consignment is found"... What does that even mean??? Who will pay for the delay & for the lost contents in the courier...??? I am sending you the tracking no. Details: [protected] & [protected]...
