[Resolved]  Trackon Couriers — my pan card has not been delivered yet

Address:Patna, Bihar, 800023

My pan card has been shipped through trackon couriers and was expected to be delivered by 21th feb 2020. While tracking, it shows that the courier has arrived at patna khajpura branch on 14th feb only but it has not been delivered till now. I tried to contact them but their phone numbers are also not reachable. It's disgusting. I need my pan card as soon as possible.
