My courier was suppose to reach to me within 7 days (ie 23 December 2016). I ordered some important medicines from "Munnar Spices" on 16th December 2016 and they couriered it on the same day.
I was told that the courier will reach to me within 7 days. When I did not receive my courier after 11 days, I called up the "Trackon Courier" Hyderabad number[protected]/ 13) on Tuesday, 27 December 2016. Trackon mentioned that the address is incomplete and they have put the courier on hold. I gave them the address. Trackon mentioned that they will deliver the parcel next day given the urgency as my parcel contains medicine that I needed urgently. I also checked with "Munnar Spices" if they forgot to mention my complete address but they mentioned that they have provided.
28th December 2016, I waited for my parcel and nothing got delivered. I called Trackon next day to know the status and they mentioned once again incomplete address! I told them on Tuesday (27th December, 2016) I have again given the delivery address and they asked me to drop an email to their customer service ([protected]@trackoncourier.com). I did the same thing again and they mentioned that the parcel will not be delivered and they have put it on return. They gave me multiple numbers - Chennai regional office, Hyderabad offices and even the delivery boy's wrong number. When I complained to one of the Hyderabad office, the lady on the other side told me that "Your parcel is not the only issue. I have other issues to deal with" and she hung up the call. I called another number and told them my story and the lady asked me to wait, she put my phone on hold and the hung up.
The courier company did not responded to me well and did not even attempted to deliver my courier. I called them numerous times and checked with them that my parcel is not delivered. I also requested them if the parcel is still in Hyderabad then please put it on hold and I can collect it from their office. One of their employee told me that the delivery boy is stupid and lazy and he did not deliver the parcel! I am totally upset with this unprofessional behavior. I had to call numerous numbers, regional and delivery boy's numbers but no one helped me.
I would like a refund of 180 rupees and also I spent 3 days calling Trackon company and they just asked me to call different numbers to check the status of my courier. I went though mental harassment and almost spent 200 rupees calling their customer numbers (and they do not have any toll free numbers). These 3 days I was working in office and could not work properly on my projects. I not only want refund of the courier cost and mobile bill spent but also 3 day wage compensation that I earn per day (2000 per day).
