Trackon Couriers — not deliver consignment on time

My consignment no. [protected]. Send from jaipur yo pune on 6 nov. But till date 13 nov. Consignment is not deliver. Sham on trackon i hate this type service and talk to other people for not send any parcel through trackon. This is my first time responce from trackon. From delay tgis service i have delay my salary kindly consider
