I had shipped food items from trackon couriers from jogbani Bihar to Pune Maharashtra and I was told that the order will be delivered within 4 days but it has been more than 12 days and there is no update in the order. The delivery guy is has updated that he try to contact but there is no call or evidence that he has visited the residence. I've been trying to call more than 70 80 times in the local customer service as well as the Pune head office as well as the jogbani head office, this is the worst courier service that have ever received there is no update regarding where is the parcel, the head office wear in Pune I have been in contact with Mr Rahul sakat, who is head of dragon in Pune but he just gives promising that it will be delivered to day tomorrow but it's been more than 3 days since I have been trying to contact him but there is still no update of where the parcel is. The items in the partial are food and it is not to be kept in the parcel for more than 5 days so if and when I will receive the parcel the parcel will be in the damage condition and still they are not even trying to deliver it.
This is a fraud courier and don't use it this types of activities should be strictly monitor and action should be taken against the company and as well as a delivery partners and the manager.
