I have sent a parcel from tirupur to kolkatta on 15.04.2017 and the consignment number is [protected].Its been one month but the parcel have not delivered.no proper response from cc.they are closing the complaint stating that its been delivered.but the parcel was not delivered till date.

My friend send me a parcel from Chandigarh through Trackon consignment no.-[protected] on[protected], which consist my laptop charger. Today that is[protected], Gwalior Trackon office official said the consignment was hold by sales tax, we don't know, after how many days we deleivered your parcel. After that the sales tax penalty you have to pay.
