Trackon Couriers — not getting my parcel from last 10 days

Respected sir/maam
I had booked my couier from allahbad branch on 24 and 25 of august which i have not recvd till now... My customers are now worried there parcels...
Please look to my matter and plz i frm as soon as possible.. My courier id are as follows;
Origin: ald
Destination: mumbai
Id number:[protected]

2nd courier
Origin: ald
Destination:pune
Id number:[protected]

3rd courier

Origin: ald

Destination: kolkata joka

Id number:[protected]

Still i am attaching my couier slip... Please resolve my issue as soon as possible

I have booked one consignment under docket no 7312806 dt25/8/2017 for Gurugram Haryana but till date neither the consignment is recorded in the web site tracking system nor has been received by me at prescribed address kindly look into the matter and convey me accordingly the consignment has been booked from jammu
