Trackon Couriers — paid for product but not delivered no response from seller

I placed an order and made an online payment through Razorpay to the seller (Troy’s Squad). It has been several days, and I have not received the package. I contacted the seller multiple times, and they informed me that the courier had been contacted, but there is no proof of delivery or update from their side.

Despite repeated follow-ups from my side, the seller has not provided any replacement, refund, or valid proof that the item was delivered.

I also tried contacting the courier service, but they have not resolved the issue either. The seller is now ignoring my messages. As a customer, I am at a loss after paying for a product that I never received.

I am requesting your help to either receive a refund or get the product delivered as soon as possible.

I have attached screenshots of the chat with the seller and the payment proof.
