Trackon Couriers — Pan card delivered to wrong address despite giving correct address

Despite providing correct address, this courier company still managed to deliver my pan card to wrong address and some other person has also taken it as shown by AWB status.I request you to kindly look into this matter as I am concerned that my pan card might get misused as an identity proof and also I can get my pan card back
