Trackon Couriers — PAN Card not yet delivered - 2022

PAN card has been shipped from Mumbai to Nagercoil. The last status update was on 21st March 2022. It says, the packaged arrived at the destination. But it is not yet delivered. Also, I couldn't contact the branch in Nagercoil or Chennai. All the numbers seem to be out of order. I have raised a complaint with Trackon customer care. But I didn't get any response.
The consignment number is[protected]. Please help.
