I am sorry to say that it was worst experience of my life to send parcel through you. I booked a parcel for delhi on friday[protected]Doct. No.[protected]) and expected delivery was max.[protected] but with your neglegenc it is not delivered yet. I tried a lot to get it delivered but no bdy responded positively except saying will deliver, it's delivered nothing but lie's. If the order is cancelled because of you, then you have to pay for it, as the parcel contains saffron worth rs 290000 (Original bill and eway is inside the parcel). I will see you in consumer court soon.
