My self sharoz nagori, my parcel courier no. - [protected], i had send it by trackon courier on 20th aug 2018, and trackon promise to deliver the consignment by monday that is 22nd aug 2018, now m calling customer care they said ur parcel was miss placed by us, we are in search of your parcel, parcel contain a valuable gift, its much expensive. I have sent courier of rakhi to mahoba, UP on 17/8/18 and it is showing delivered on 18/8/18 but actually it is not yet delivered on the address which I have written on the package.
How can it shows delivered if in real it is not.. ????????

My courier was not delivered to the address. It's been more than 15 days now. No body picks up the phone on the number provided. AWB no is [protected]. My contact no is [protected].
