I booked my parcel ([protected]) from trackon on 19 Jan-2022 from Trackon Kharar. Mrs. Simran[protected] booked my parcel and gave me a slip and told me the parcel would be reached within 4 days. The parcel contained the legal documents. On 14 Feb-2022 I learned that Parcel did not reach the destination. After I tried to contact the trackon customer care, and Chandigarh but none of them were/ are working. After that, I registered the complaint trackon from their website. On 21 I collected my parcel with an explanation "Address not found"
I told them if the address was not found you should return me immediately. Who is responsible for this delay. They don't have the answer. Now my question is who will pay for this negligence. Due to their negligence, I suffered a lot. Was this information helpful? |
