Trackon Couriers — Parcel not delivered showing "out for delivery" since 2 days

This is related to my parcel vide awb # [protected] dtd 17 june 2017 sent to delhi via trackon couriers.

Since 19 june 2017, while tracking on website, its showing that the parcel is out for delivery but it has not been delivered yet and on complaining at customer care via mail, neither any reply we have received nor on phone any positive response we got.

The packet we sent under this awb is containing creta rear bumper led lights value inr 1630.00 which we bought from amazon.in and due to some defect we returned it to the amazon seller under instructions from amazon.

Kindly help to get it delivered to the consignee or if not possible kindly get it back to us.
