Trackon Couriers — pathetic service by trackon couriers

Dear team,

I have a courier booked from indore on 05-aug-2020 for transit by trackon courier services, to be delivered to pune.

I tried to reach out to the contact numbers as mentioned in the below screenshot, however the number [protected] is out of service. The number [protected] is most of the times not reachable, however today i was able to contact once, provided them with the awb details, mentioned the urgency of this courier as it has some medicines for a senior citizen of my family, and the team assisted me by giving no response and by not answering my calls.

Also, i asked the team, that if the courier gets delayed, i could come and pick the parcel myself as i need these medicines urgently.

Appreciate if someone can understand the situation and try to help, instead of ignoring so that i could recommend trackon to my friends and family in future.
