Trackon Couriers — poor customer service

I have my parcel coming from delhi to bangalore. The shipment was made on 7th of september. On 11th of september it showed out for delivery and its 17th of september today but i have not received the parcel nor there is any update about it.
Moreover even after lodging a complain there is no response from their end.
Their service is pathetic with no sense of responsibility.
I have called innumerable times but they do not give any substantial information.

I am very much annoyed.not received the parcel in 8 days. No contact no is picking phone...its showing out for delivery for 2 days..?!!!
Have tgey lost it?? Let me kniw tge status in Pune. Contact no??

We have very poor service on tracon on Delhi head office and when we call not respond to our phone or at the same time no delevry my coriur and i want a reply is my comlliant number T200068
