Trackon Couriers — Product delivery not on time | |||
I have sent product to my customer and he needed it urgently though delivery is urgent trackon sent it by surface but i strictly instructed to send it by air now customer asked me for refund. Two people involve in these scam Deepak [protected] Sanjay [protected] these people never deliver product on time and take extra money for fast delivery but never attempt.please help me out still my 2 consignment nt received by customer sent 2 weeks before. It's more than 2 weeks the courier have not reached the destination. Followed s number of times from the customer care but no responsr. The courier contained very important documents so kindly resolve itASAP. Also as per the online data the courier have reached the Dhanbad location from Delhi but have not reached the exact local yet.
