Destination: siliguri & bengaluru
Grievance: i've booked three parcels (Containing chocolates) for above destinations which have not been delivered by trackon courier yet due to covid-19 situation. After following up long time they informed the parcels have been damage and eaten by rats. Expectation: consumer wants compensation against damage parcel.
