Trackon Couriers — Product is at nearby location from past four days but still there is no updates

This is regarding consignment number: [protected]
Parcel was delivered at the nearest location from past four days, but there was no updates after that. when i call at customer care number: [protected], the person said that it is not deliverable at the given address. So i asked him to atleast inform the customer, so that they can pick it up. On saying this that guy behaviour was so rude. He was ABUSING me and also he said that he will DESTROY the parcel right now. Is this a what you are serving to your customer. Please escalate this and this is not acceptable at all. Not really happy with the services
