This is to inform you that i sent a courier through your company for which the reference no. Is[protected] on 28.12.15. It was a brand new first copy of ck belt (Brown colour) worth rs.999 which got replaced by a super old black colour belt when it was delivered to the right person. I am extremely unhappy with the services. I am sending you the images as a proof that the other person received. The assigned person for this delivery was ritik jain and the phone numbers for him as mentioned on the trackon receipt are [protected] and [protected].
