Trackon Couriers — Product stolen or lost by this company & poor response over phone and in person

Worst courier company in india besides none. Even registered post and parcel service are better than this. Atleast they are better late than never and can never steal from the parcel or whole of it. My courier with awb no-[protected] is not delivered since 15 days and each time i enquire of it they don't reply it showing me the reciept with a sign beside my name that does not even look like my sign. And they don't give a damn that i am the reciever and the sign on their reciept is not mine. Neither do they arrange for delivery man's phone number or the man himself. Over the phone they are rude and constanly just mute it after picking up. They just provide lots of excuses and phone numbers that do not exist. I have lost hope of recieving my courier now and am going to purchase new articles that were in it. I just hope that my complaint will make a contribution in letting this public scam cheat thrash company shut down as early as possible.

Updated by saurabh_suman My courier with awb no.-[protected] is stolen or lost by the courier company but i have still not recieved it. Each time i call their delhi office they reply by saying they can't help coz the site says it has been delivered with signature of saurabh suman without paying attention that i am saurabh suman calling and i have already checked the site that's why i have called to complain. I had to get a friend to their delhi office for more of their so called help to which all did was provide with a number that's permanently switched off-[protected]. Almost a week has passed since then and all i could do was manage a few more phone numbers which are either switched off, out off service or one of them pick up the phone and mute it till i end the call. My phone number as per courier address was [protected]. Please help (If possible).
