Trackon Couriers Pvt. Ltd — PAN CARD Courier Delivery Person Demanding Additional Delivery charges

This delivery person has asked additional delivery charges to delivery the pan card original document and told us to comply to them if we don't pay we must pick up our parcel. Have asked his senior number to cross check the charges.. he refused to provide the details. He snatched the pan card cover and went.
