Trackon Couriers — regarding delayed parcel delivery

Hi i have sent a parcel from trackonn couriers mumbai andheri east on 25th on jan which is till date not delivered to banglore on every follow up i am given a new date with new reason of delayed it was a very important parcel for which i followed up with them after 5th day of dispatch we have sent a sample to our client which because of couriers negligence got delayed for which we are facing loss today we are being told it is no service area on there official website this pincode is serviceable please help us regarding this issue 🙏

My parcel from Delhi to Ayodhya uttar pradesh was sent on 5th of Feb and today is 7 feb. It's not showing me any details of my order.
I want that order by 13 feb as after 13 feb it will be useless for me.
