Trackon Couriers — regarding delivery issue

I'm Anurag from yamunanagar haryana.. Here trackon couriers service are very bad. Because They are not deliver my percel. They are saying you have to come and take your percel. We have not any person to deliver there your percel in your area. They are going off from office on 7:30 and I was asked to him which time you going to off they said 8:30 actually I was going today for carry my parcel but they are going on 7:30 .
