Trackon Couriers — rude behaviour from your staff

This is my second time kerala thalassery branch [protected] staff being very rude to me without any reason. Does not know how to deal with customers. Behaving like i am his slave. He is not doing the work for free. We are paying for you guys and you guys are not well in cusromer relationship. Hope you do the need full or else i need to go for legal formalities

Hi..I had sent a parcel to my sister from New Delhi to Jammu..with p.o.d number [protected], , on 21/2/2018..
Till date there's no update on the parcel online...n the number provided online of Jammu hub is a total waste..no one picks up the phone...this is not a correct way ..it doesn't not take 10 days from Delhi to Jammu for a parcel to reach
