I was sent a parcel on 10th of december with tracking number [protected], up till today i have not received it yet, can't even track it in your site. Up till today, nothing has shown. I tried calling your branch offices, no one seems to be able to care enough to find the whereabouts of my courier. I'm sick and tired of this disappointment. Why can't i be able to track my courier and why hasn't it been sent to me up till now
