Trackon Couriers — shipment not received rto due to service

Address:B-26 ONGC NAGAR palavasana, Mehsana, Gujarat, 384003

My shipment has been canceled and further due i have not been called and the package is urgent give my package soon and hive the delivery boy contact number so that the consumer can contact with them. This inconvinience is not caused by me. Reply on this asap as the franchise has returned my parcel without any notice. I need my package to be sevice at passabhai petrol pump track on courier centre it is the closest to my house pincode is 384002

My product is undelivered please deliver fast.
Not Delivering my pan card at my home and giving stupid reason of not having service in my area, im not living in any rural area, this is very pathetic and unprofessional service from Trackon courier.please sent it at the nearest hub

Please do something needful so that i can get my card.

My PAN Card sent by NSDL but Status in Trackon Showing as R.T.O Due to No Service, Please Tell me what it means, when I will get my PAN Card.
