Trackon Couriers — Showing wrong delivery of courier

I have sent a courier [protected] on Monday Aug 17, 2021 from Bulandshahr U.P. to Lucknow U.P. But on tracking on Aug 20, I found parcel is still in Ghaziabad. Its Rakhi for Ralhi festival on Aug 22. I have tried to contact your cuatomer care department and I observed this is just to make people fool as every time, diverted to IVR. Plz respond at least as a good service provider.
I am waiting as brother will miss my Rakhi's on festival.
