Trackon Couriers — tracking no. does not exist.

My father used this pathetic case more nay to courier very important document to ship to US. Ironically the name is Trackon and there is no tracking. It’s been 4 days waiting to track the package but it says does not exist.
Worst part is there is no response from Customer service. No email response, phone no switched off.
This company license should be barred. There is no genuinity, honesty and humanity.
The complaint option on their website is purposely disabled.
