Sub:this is with regarding to my consignment to ludhiyana dated 27/10/2018 con no [protected].
The above consignment has not delivered to the consignee till date. I have been made lots of followup and complaints (No t282016), but there is no proper result from trackon courier.
As my shipment is valuable, as i have lost rs 20, 000/-.
I kindly request you to deliver my shipment or please refund my cost of the shipment at the earliest.
