Trackon Couriers — Trackon Couriers - Extreme Delay in RTO Delivery (74+ Days) Despite Written Assurance - AWB[protected]

I booked a Premium Express consignment (AWB No.[protected] on 13/10/2025 from Trackon Couriers, Noida Sector 18 branch. The shipment was undelivered at the destination (Puspa Complex, Palwal, Haryana) due to "heldup auto release" and "no service" and was marked for Return to Origin (RTO).
As of 26/12/2025, more than 74 days have passed since booking, and the parcel has still not been returned to my office despite repeated follow-ups.
Key facts:
Tracking status has remained stuck at “IN TRANSIT TO NOIDA BRANCH” for weeks.
I followed up multiple times with their senior employee Mr. Dhirendra Biswal via WhatsApp and calls – no response.
On or around 01/12/2025, I received an email from [protected]@trackon.in stating:
“Dear Arun Sir, This is to inform you that the shipment has been returned to the booking point. We will ensure that the RTO delivery is processed urgently.”

25 days after this written assurance, there is still no delivery or update.
The parcel contains important business documents/items, and this extreme delay has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss.
I have tried all internal channels – calls to[protected], emails to [protected]@trackon.in and [protected]@trackon.in, and the online complaint portal (which blocked filing saying “courier is returning back”). None have yielded any result.
I request:
Immediate return of the consignment to my Noida Sector 18 office.
Full refund of courier charges.
Compensation for the 74-day delay and mental harassment (at least ₹20, 000 as per Consumer Protection Act precedents).
If the parcel is lost/misplaced, payment of declared/insured value.
I am simultaneously escalating this to the National Consumer Helpline and considering filing in the District Consumer Forum if not resolved urgently.
Please intervene and direct Trackon Couriers to resolve this immediately.
