Trackon Couriers — Trackon Couriers Pan card not delivered eventhough dispatched

Its been a month and I still haven't received the pan card yet.

On 5/8/2022- I checked status on tracon website, it was showing
arrived on 20/7/22- it is arrived in nearest destination. so i contacted customer care and raised complaint and i got complaint no. Also i visited Trackon office, but office staff not provided proper information and behavior of staff is not polite.

On 8/8/2022 - I received a message from Trackon saying your courier has been delivered with a signature. I still haven't received my Pan Card courier from Trackon.

This is total harassment of the customer. Deliver my courier as soon as possible.
