Trackon Couriers — trackon people did not deliver our courier

My courier was booked from gurgaon to jaipur on 23/05/2018. It was received in jaipur on 24/05/2018. It was not updated online, i called in your jaipur trackon office firstly call was not connected and when call was connected, it was not received and once a female employee picked my call and told me that my courier was delivered by 25/05/2018, again i called on 25/05/2018, she told me that it was delivered today but i did not receive my courier till date and it is very urgent for me.
Again i called on 26/05/2018, no one picked my call. Due to this i faced a big loss.
I am not satisfied with trackon service.
It is the worst courier service.

I attached the courier receipt also. Please resolve my problem asap.
