Trackon Couriers — trackon people did not delivered the courier

Trackon service is the worst service i have seen so far, my courier reached hyderabad and they are not ready to deliver my courier to the concerned address and the customer service is too damn they are just not ready to help me out. Now i want my complete money back with medicine price because now i have purchased that medicine.

Please tell me the process how i will get my money back.
