Trackon Couriers — trackon service misbehave and unprofessional behavior

Misbehave : After many try finally able to know the medicine is on hold need to collect personally by connecting to Bhola Singh Rajpoot ([protected]) and Utkarsh Kumar([protected]). travellect all the way around 30 km to collect but no one picking call. Finally when tried to call utkarsh, he starts shouting on me and misbehaves like this is my fault to choose trackon service. He is not even ready to understand the urgency about medicine. Finally i got new number of Raj ([protected]), he is always saying will confirm you after taking docking number, but never confirmed. What a worst service Trackon is provicing now a day. After 15 days still there is no track of my medicine. Please suggest a suitable point of contact to escalate this issue.
