Trackon Couriers — unethical behaviour

The worst courier service ever. The person RAHUL in their Vikhroli, Mumbai office has no idea how to speak to the customer. They could not get one parcel delivered from Mumbai to Pune is 18 days. The person refuses to take responsibility of the parcel. I have faced huge losses due to the same.
