We couriered a most important and urgent document from jhunjhunu, rajasthan to kolkata, west bengal on feb 14, 2019, with your trackon prime service as per 3rd-day delivery commitment at address.
But an unexpected delay this consignment not delivered till the time & date 1 pm of feb 18, 2019, and we lost the $1000.00 due to this delay.

We tried many times approx 20-25 for concern with trackon counter but no one replied to us and responded us properly against this delay.

Now we are going to submit a case in consumer court against harassment and our lose due to your service.
