Trackon Couriers — unprofessional and pathetic service, not received my parcel back yet! | |||
I had sent out a product to a customer using trackon service from pune to delhi with a handle with care tag. Awb no -[protected]. The delivery boy did not handover the parcel to customer instead left it with security. Later when the customer received, they received it damaged. After continuous followup when asked for reverse pickup, they did pickup and put an to pay additional charge of rs 150. Even after having told we do not want to use the facility of to pay. Now they refusing to handover the courier. Unprofessional and pathetic service by trackon couriers. Firstly they damage the product and then charge additional for reverse pickup. I am yet to receive my own parcel back. Can some one responsible from track on courier team, check on this and get back my parcel.
